Tenant(s) are responsible to pay gas & electric to Xcel Energy. Water (Denver water) Sewer (City of Littleton), LRECO will pay these bills for the Owner up front and tenant(s) will be uploaded a statement reflecting these charges to their Rentvine Portal if they've set one up, otherwise it will be sent by regular mail. Tenants are responsible for setting up trash services. Tenant(s) are required to have renters insurance prior to move in and key pick-up. Tenant(s) are responsible to communicate with neighbor for shared maintenance of yard and need to notify LRECO immediately if sprinkler system is not working properly.
