This home was completely remodeled in 2018 and that included electrical, plumbing, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. It has been used for the last 7 years as an office for a group of attorneys and was not lived in as a home, so all of the kitchen appliances are still as new except the refrigerator as it was very little used. The home has central air and has a good sized side yard. It could be fenced with a chain linked fence if needed. The home was built in 1905 and is all brick, other than the front and side gables that are the traditional Victorian materials. This home was originally zoned commercial when I purchased it 34 years ago but I rented it as residential so I had it changed to residential for tax reasons. I was told by the city of Denver that if someone need to use it as commercial in the future that it could be rezoned commercial. The previous tenants did not need to put a sign out in front so it was not necessary to rezone it for them as commercial.
