I m often asked to describe Cherry Hills Village, so I go into a rambling story of hundred years old trees, large yards outlined by wood fences, space to move around to take in the Rocky Mountain air, the horses, the trails, dirt roads, renowned golf courses and folks enjoying the outdoors. Close proximity to the World s best ski resorts and airports, but far enough away to enjoy privacy and a relaxed way of living. I then go into to the great schools, quaint neighborhoods with architectural diversity and the general ambiance that residents covet. I usually round out speaking of friendly people, holiday events for kids and a wonderful police department who routinely patrol the streets. Or, I may just direct them to the photos of 17 South Lane. For me, the architecture, large trees and quaint streets provide a perfect picture of what Cherry Hills Village offers.
